Privacy Covenant

Public Covenant • Zero-Tracker

A quiet corner. No trackers, no popups, no surveillance.

I started this project because I was tired of what the web has become—shifting ads that tire your eyes before the first scroll, endless consent mazes, videos that blare unprompted, and invasive tracking scripts that stall your browser before you can even leave a quick thought.

So I built a publication I’d actually want to visit: verified public records, zero profiling, and complete respect for your time—and for your battery meter after an exhausting day.

Read these dispatches in whatever quiet minutes you have free. I won’t throw attention traps at you or harvest your data. Pull apart the fine print, weigh in on the numbers, and speak your mind here as your own protected species.

The Four Tenets

How this publication respects your machine and your time.

Zero Trackers

01 / Code

Zero Trackers & Scripts

No surveillance code running in the background.

I don’t run Google Analytics, Meta trackers, or spy scripts. Nobody is clocking how long you linger on a paragraph, recording where your cursor wanders, or checking whether you needed a tea break because the data got a little too crunchy.

Zero Cookie Banners

02 / Interface

Zero Cookie Banners

No consent popups or permission mazes.

You weren’t greeted by an obstacle course of dialog boxes because there are no marketing or tracking cookies to ask permission for. You can cast your vote in the ballot, pull apart the inquiry, challenge the count in the comments, and compare verdicts across the archive—straight away, with nothing in your way.

Anonymous Ballots

03 / Participation

Anonymous Ballots

Cast your vote without leaving an audit trail.

Every inquiry concludes with a reader verdict to test whether the official story holds up. The tally uses a simple, local browser counter purely to keep the totals fair and stop double-clicks. Your response drops cleanly into the communal count, with zero device fingerprints, IP logging, or voting histories tied to your name.

Safe to Talk

04 / Dialogue

Safe to Speak

No account required, no Gravatar callouts, and no email harvesting.

Call yourself whatever you like; your identity isn’t linked to an ad ledger or third party. I did assign myself a little canary head in the replies, while you get an avatar stamped with whatever initials you choose for the day. You can speak candidly without looking over your shoulder.
